The three stages of Aries

First stage April 19 to April 27

For you the impulse comes first, the reflection later. You start before you have the whole plan, trusting you'll work out the rest as you go — at work, you're the one who begins what others are still thinking about, even if that sometimes means correcting course several times along the way. With money, you tend to move fast, betting on the opportunity rather than on certainty.

Second stage April 28 to May 5

You don't avoid conflict, you use it to measure where you stand. You need the clash — an argument, a competition, a challenge — to know whether what you're doing really matters to you. In your relationships, you work best with people who aren't afraid to argue, because evasive silence disorients you more than a direct fight.

Third stage May 6 to May 14

You no longer compete to prove something, you compete to lead. What in the first third of Aries is individual impulse becomes, in you, the ability to carry others along — in your career, you tend to end up at the head of a team or a project, not because you actively seek it but because others end up looking to you to know where to start.
